The position is independent contractor/part-time, with immediate start and field-based assignments coordinated by the Service Delivery Team.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN, switches, routers).
Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform light network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures on site.
