Job summary

MetroSys is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users and office infrastructure within a corporate enterprise environment.

This role serves as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting desktop systems, office technology, networking equipment, asset lifecycle management, and local infrastructure projects while partnering closely with remote engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in Desktop Support, Field Services or End User Computing.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, printers, mobile devices, and endpoint hardware.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
• Provision and deprovision laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
