This contract-based, on-demand role involves responding to service requests, troubleshooting Windows desktops and peripherals, and assisting with hardware installations at client locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong Windows knowledge, hardware troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work independently in onsite environments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN, switches, routers).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
