Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in computer operations or desktop support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSE, or equivalent IT certs preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, SCCM.
• Experience with Inventory/Asset Tracking software and IT policies.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Dell hardware and peripherals.
• Install software via executables and SCCM software center.
• Coordinate onboarding: setup of new devices, shipping and return of old PCs.
• Address post-deployment IT issues related to device refresh.
• Provide end-user VPN configuration support (Pulse, AoVPN).
• Support IT/AV for onsite/offsite executive presentations and events.
• Assist in onboarding including equipment procurement and imaging.
• Use ticketing system to document requests and incidents.
• Provide printer management for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to drive escalations to closure.
