Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Customer Support Technician II to provide IT level 1 and 2 support for internal staff and partner sites. The role requires travel to clinics, assisting in onboarding and transitions, and maintaining IT systems across the Alliance network.

You will support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, administer Entra and Exchange Online, and train users in general office applications and cloud-based phone systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT support experience.
• Willingness to travel ~30% (Grand Rapids clinics and some East Coast travel).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT level 1 and 2 user support to Alliance’s users and hosted solutions.
• Manages support cases/tickets and adheres to SLA; escalates as needed.
• Assists in acquisitions and mergers of new sites and users for smooth transitions.
• Travels to newly acquired sites to assess technology needs.
• Maintains and fixes existing computer systems and hardware; orders equipment as needed.
• Onsite at CST headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI to maintain IT visibility and inventory.
• Educates users on functions of installed applications, OS, and cloud-based phone system.
• Administers Microsoft’s Entra Directory along with Exchange Online.
