Job summary

Recann is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for a 12-month contract onsite in Bingen, Washington. The role covers hands-on desktop, laptop and end-user support, plus imaging, provisioning and equipment setup.

Candidates should have 2+ years' IT support experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, and familiarity with IT inventory management. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background checks is expected; US citizenship or Green Card required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support, desktop support, help desk or field support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with workstation and hardware support.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with IT inventory or asset management.
• Comfortable carrying and moving IT equipment up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to complete background verification and drug testing.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence or secure environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop, laptop and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Deploy, configure and replace workstations and peripherals.
• Support imaging, provisioning and equipment setup.
• Manage IT inventory, assets and deployment records.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with printers, docking stations and conference room equipment.
• Work alongside internal IT teams and a third-party MSP.
• Provide support across additional sites where required.
