Job summary

Insitu, a leader in Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, seeks a Level 2 Support Technician for a 12‑month onsite contract in Bingen, WA. You will deliver end‑user IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate complex problems with senior staff.

You will document resolutions, assist with AV setups, training, and workstation configurations while maintaining high customer service standards and effective communication with users and teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field and 1 year of IT experience.
• Strong customer service focus and reliable work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication with interpersonal abilities.
• Broad understanding of computers, networks, and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to IT service requests, providing technical support in line with company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, delivering effective fixes and workarounds.
• Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or subject matter experts.
• Document the resolution process for all help-desk requests, maintaining accurate records from initial report to final solution.
• Install, configure, repair, and replace computers, peripherals, and software.
• Assist users in understanding system operations and resolving common technical concerns.
• Support meetings by assisting with audiovisual (AV) setup as required.
• Facilitate basic IT training for new employees, including workstation and account setup.
