Job summary

ISOutource is seeking a Field Support Technician to deliver on-site and remote IT support for clients in the Seattle area, with travel as needed. On-site client visits are a core component of the role, and relocation or residence in the Seattle area is required.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of IT support experience, an associate degree or higher in a technical field, and working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for assigned clients.
• Troubleshoot workstation, software, hardware, and network issues.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and asset deployment.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues per runbooks and security guidelines.
