Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to IT service requests and provide support per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with effective fixes.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams or SMEss.
• Document resolution process from initial report to final solution.
• Install, configure, repair, and replace computers, peripherals, and software.
• Assist users in understanding system operations and resolving IT concerns.
• Support AV setup for meetings as required.
• Facilitate basic IT training for new employees (workstation/account setup).
