Job summary

Covenant HR LLC is seeking a Technical Support Technician for an onsite 5-month assignment in Bellevue, WA. The role provides hands-on IT help to business users, troubleshooting desktop hardware and software, and supporting Windows and Microsoft Office environments.

You will deploy and upgrade workstations, coordinate with vendors, use ServiceNow for ticketing, and contribute to IT operations across multiple offices, with limited travel as required.

Qualifications

• It/IT support experience with customer-focused responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• A+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to users, troubleshooting desktop hardware and software.
• Configure and deploy desktop PCs and laptops.
• Install software, imaging, and PC deployments to support operations.
• Use ServiceNow to manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Support IT operations across multiple office locations.
• Occasional after-hours support as needed.
