Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an IT Support professional to perform and monitor standard IT operations, imaging computers, and handling service requests. You will document processes, communicate via email, and maintain records while ensuring procedures are followed.

The role requires travel between two locations to provide onsite IT support, with a valid driver's license. Candidates should have Windows basics, customer service skills, and familiarity with scripting or AI tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals—Windows operating systems.
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.

Responsibilities

• Performs/monitors standard processes or operations that are highly stable and/or relatively consistent in how to fix.
• Documents recording and/or distributing information with external contacts and internal processes.
• Responsible for effective e-mail communications and ability to create and maintain basic records.
• Documents/records such as contact lists, process logs, problem incidence reports, inventory or service records.
• Recognizes and resolves problems with established procedures and reports out-of-scope issues.
• Maintains equipment, supplies and data supporting processes; schedules maintenance and coordinates with suppliers.
• Travel between two locations to provide onsite IT support; requires own vehicle and valid driver's license.
