Job summary

Stefanini Group in North Carolina is seeking an IT Support Specialist for an onsite, first-shift role on a 12+ month contract. Pay rate: $44/hour on W2.

You will provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and workplace tech; image and deploy devices; troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and Microsoft 365; assist onboarding/offboarding; maintain asset inventory; support meeting room tech and office moves; participate in IT projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and workplace technology.
• Serve as IT point of contact for employees with exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Image, configure, deploy, and re-image laptops and workstations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and recovery.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure PCs are available for new users and refresh cycles.
• Support conference room technology and collaboration tools.
• Assist with local IT projects, technology refreshes, office moves, and equipment upgrades.
• Provide occasional support for technology used in manufacturing environments.
• Take ownership of issues from start to finish with a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Timing: 1st shift (Monday to Friday)

Pay rate: $44/- hourly on W2

Job Description:

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology.


• Serve as one of the IT points of contact for employees, delivering exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.


• Image, configure, deploy, and re-image laptops and workstations.


• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and Microsoft 365 issues.


• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, deployment, and recovery.


• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure availability of PC's for new users and PC refreshes.


• Support conference room technology and collaboration tools.


• Assist with local IT projects, technology refreshes, office moves, and equipment upgrades when necessary


• Provide occasional support for technology utilized in manufacturing environments.


• Take ownership of issues from start to finish, demonstrating a proactive, \"get it done\" attitude and commitment to delivering results.
