Job summary

Renishaw seeks a Business Systems Support Analyst for our Americas HQ in West Dundee, Illinois. The role provides end-user IT support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software apps, and network services, with emphasis on troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 support.

You will be involved in technology projects, user account management, and ERP assistance, in a multi-site regional IT team. Strong problem solving, communication, and ITIL-style ticketing experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Microsoft certifications strongly encouraged.
• Experience in a multi-site help desk environment is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide telephone/remote support to end users.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and training at the desktop level.
• Assist with network issues and printer/software/hardware support.
• Create user accounts and workspace setup; manage Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support an ERP system for a sales and distribution organization.
• Document processes and procedures using ITIL-like ticketing system.
