Qualifications

Experience providing on-site end-user device support.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile OS.
Hands-on hardware diagnostics, repairs and installations.
Basic networking concepts including LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and installations.
Troubleshoot software issues including operating systems, apps, and patches.
Configure and provision end-user devices per organizational standards.
Act as the on-site resource for remote IT teams, assisting with hardware replacements and cabling.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist in connectivity issues.
Support server room activities, including racking and cable management.
Respond to service requests and incidents; document and escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
