The ideal candidate has a MIS/CS background with 3+ years of PC hardware/software support, strong communication, and teamwork skills, plus willingness for after-hours work during major rollouts and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MIS or Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience; at least 3 years installing and maintaining office PC hardware/software.
• CompTIA A+, Net+ preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and IP networks.
• Procure and support iOS devices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork and customer service skills.
• Availability for after-hours support for major rollouts and system updates.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues with minimal end-user disruption and within SLA targets.
• Prioritize incidents and requests using IT service management/backlog tools.
• Deploy computers, printers, and related equipment for onboarding and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and CMDB records.
• Provide coverage for other site IT team members.
• Support endpoint and hardware refresh initiatives and improvements.
• Create and maintain technical docs for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in daily standups and communicate progress, blockers, and risks.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver solutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build stakeholder relationships.
