Job summary

Pacer Group in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain high system availability and end-user productivity. You will resolve desktop, hardware, and OS issues across Windows and Apple environments, providing timely onsite support.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of MAC/iOS systems.
• Cog Kit familiarity and troubleshooting/hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive onsite technical support for Microsoft Operating Systems and MAC/iOS systems to ensure optimal performance for end users.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues following SOPs and internal ticketing guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with stakeholders and managing support requests through resolution.
• Execute background check (BGV) clearance protocols and utilize Cog Kit to process hardware deployment securely.
• Document support incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
