Turning Point Ministries seeks an IT Support Technician to provide responsive support across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, network, and VoIP. You will manage tickets from intake to resolution, document solutions, and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of independent hands-on end-user IT support experience.
