Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide onsite support in San Diego, focusing on Windows and macOS hardware, deployment, and equipment handling. You will manage shipments, equipment recovery, and employee IT support in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable with shipping IT gear. This onsite position requires 4–5 days per week in the San Diego office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and employee-facing support skills.
• Comfortable handling, packaging, and shipping IT equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Positive, patient, and friendly approach to supporting users.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical employees.
• Comfortable performing repetitive operational and equipment-related tasks.
• Active Directory, Office 365, Okta or MFA experience preferred.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in San Diego, approximately 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support IT hardware for new employees.
• Receive, process, and ship IT equipment to and from locations across the country.
• Reclaim and process equipment from departing employees.
• Provide walk-up and general ticket support to employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware and application issues.
• Provide onsite IT support at the San Diego office.
• Support equipment inventory, shipping, and other day-to-day IT operations.
• Assist with IT projects and additional operational needs as required.
