Elevate Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team onsite in Manhattan. You will support a mix of end-users and systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID across Windows and macOS environments.

Experience in retail/eCommerce or fast-paced settings is a plus, offering hands-on ownership and opportunities to work on both support and project efforts in a vibrant commercial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or infrastructure experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience in retail/eCommerce or fast-paced environments is advantageous.
