Job summary

Elevate Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team onsite in Manhattan. You will support a mix of end-users and systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID across Windows and macOS environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or infrastructure experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience in retail/eCommerce or fast-paced environments is advantageous.

### IT Support Specialist**Role:** IT Support Specialist **Location:** Manhattan, New York **Salary:** $70,000 – $85,000 + BenefitsWe’re supporting a global consultancy in hiring an IT Support Specialist to work onsite with a retail and eCommerce client in Manhattan.This is a highly visible, hands-on role embedded within a fast-paced, commercial environment, where IT plays a critical role in day-to-day operations.
