You will provide Level 1 & 2 support for onsite and remote employees, triage tickets, manage assets, and support onboarding. The in-office requirement is five days a week, with a focus on reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering best-in-class support.
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive work style.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Experience supporting MacOS devices and SaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for onsite employees and remote team members worldwide.
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets across hardware, software, and account-related issues.
• Maintain and support office technology including A/V systems, conference rooms, printers, and network equipment.
• Manage asset inventory and lifecycle of devices (procurement → deployment → retirement).
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
