Job summary

Insight Global is looking for a Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst to support their NYC office. This role will involve providing onsite technical support to roughly 3000+ end users within a top law firm. Key responsibilities include resolution of technical inquiries, managing incident processes, and utilizing ticketing systems.

The ideal candidate should have a technical degree, excellent customer service skills, and experience with remote support technologies. Comprehensive benefits and 10 days PTO offered from day 1.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Technical Degree or equivalent experience as a Service Desk Analyst.
• Experience supporting desktop and laptop computing equipment.
• Proven expertise in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and high-quality support to corporate customers.
• Assist in managing processes for Incident, Change, Service Request, and Problem Management.
• Utilize ITSM ticketing systems to classify and prioritize interactions.
