Job summary

Real Chemistry is actively seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support on-site operations between our New Jersey and New York offices. You will work with the IT team to provide first- and second-line support, guide end users, and assist with conference room setups for internal and client meetings.

The role requires 3-5 years in a service desk, familiarity with ticketing systems, and strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Service Desk role.
• Completed an IT practitioner's course/certifications or equivalent.
• Comfortable with AI technology such as Microsoft Co-Pilot / Co-Work.
• 1st and 2nd line support for the business.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ticketing and inventory systems that support end users.
• Help, guide and train staff and end users.
• Support and enforce security, policies, and procedures.
• Support IT Asset Management processes.
• Onboarding and offboarding end users and providing training.
