Doppel in New York City is hiring a contractor experienced with Onsite IT Analyst to support our office and global remote workforce. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, service-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional IT experience.

You will provide Level 1 & 2 support for onsite and remote employees, triage tickets, manage assets, and support onboarding. The in-office requirement is five days a week, with a focus on reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
