Job summary

MedicareSchool.com in Overland Park, KS is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our onsite team. This full-time role supports day-to-day technology needs and serves as a key onsite resource, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and a 55k–65k annual salary plus benefits.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, devices, and business apps, including Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune, HubSpot, and Calendly.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with user accounts, access management, and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for IT support requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows computers, peripherals, and networking equipment.
Diagnose audio, video, connectivity, VPN, and network-related issues.
Set up, configure, image, and deploy computers and other equipment.
Manage user accounts, passwords, MFA, permissions, licenses, and access.
Support administration of Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune, HubSpot, and Calendly.
Assist with device enrollment, application deployment, and basic device management.
Document support issues, solutions, and procedures.
Escalate complex or specialized technical issues appropriately.
