Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related technical field preferred.
• 3–5 years in IT support, desktop support, or network/systems administration.
• Experience with end-user support and ticket management systems.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems; Linux a plus.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN fundamentals.
• Experience with device deployment and software installation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organization’s onsite technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with corporate IT teams to manage and resolve support tickets.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform equipment repairs, upgrades, and replacements as needed.
• Provide onsite support and user training for technology-related issues.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for facility personnel.
• Act as a liaison between local users and corporate IT support teams.
• Communicate technical issues, requirements, and project updates.
