Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prioritize, and resolve service desk requests for end users.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and security groups.
• Configure and maintain Windows workstations and Endpoints; assist with Intune and device compliance.
• Perform routine Windows Server and Hyper-V administration, patching, and monitoring.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 apps.
• Monitor network connectivity and assist with switches, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, etc.
• Monitor backups, troubleshoot failures, and participate in recovery testing.
• Document IT procedures and participate in IT projects.
