Actalent in Gardena, CA is seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist on a contract basis to assist with internal IT operations for engineers and staff. You will be the primary contact for internal IT, diagnosing hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth daily workflows.

This role requires hands-on experience with macOS and Windows, strong communication, and a user-centric approach. It is onsite with 10-hour days Monday–Thursday, offering a competitive hourly range and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS and Windows.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support.
• Provide timely and helpful assistance to all employees by troubleshooting hardware (macOS, Windows), software, and peripheral issues.
• Manage IT hardware inventory, procurement, and deployment.
• Monitor, maintain, and evaluate our company-wide subscription services.
