Job summary

Techoundsllc in Camarillo, CA is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to join our onsite IT team. This full-time role focuses on delivering primary technical assistance to end users while managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, networks, and business systems.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and network problems, configure systems and peripherals, support user requests, and participate in security and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on network/systems administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper networking hardware
• Proficient in Windows Server and Linux administrations
• Knowledge of network security practices
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information Confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and firewalls
• Monitor performance and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user accounts and RBAC
• Deploy Windows systems, imaging, patching, and updates
• Provide end-user support via on-site and remote channels
• Assist with server operations and virtual environments (Nutanix/VMware/Hyper-V)
• Document network topology and SOPs
• Collaborate with vendors for escalated issues
