Job summary

Chimes is seeking an IT Support Specialist - Onsite (Finance) in Exton, PA. The role provides help desk support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity, with AD and Office 365 administration, and system imaging and deployment.

Expect 1–2 years of technical support experience and relevant certifications are encouraged. Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site, with a compensation of $23.08 hourly. Join us to help others go far.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+ are encouraged but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional IT support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Administer Active Directory and Office 365 user accounts; setup and troubleshoot.
• Image, configure, and deploy new systems; document work in the ticketing system.
• Conduct user training to improve IT system usage and efficiency.
• Maintain attendance and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Collaborate with staff, supervisors, vendors, and stakeholders to support operations.
