Chimes is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Exton, PA team onsite. You will provide help desk support, manage AD and Office 365 accounts, and deploy new systems to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 administration and AD management.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware and software.
• Basic understanding of network connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming service requests and provide end-user support.
• Deliver help desk support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Admin Active Directory and Office 365 accounts, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Image, configure, and deploy new systems for optimal performance.
• Record all work in the ticketing system for tracking and reporting.
• Conduct user training to improve IT system usage.
• Maintain regular attendance and participate in trainings.
• Foster collaboration with staff, customers and vendors.
• Uphold organizational policies and professionalism.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
