Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy new systems for end users, ensuring optimal performance.
• Record all work and communications in the ticketing system for tracking and reporting.
• Conduct user training as needed to improve IT literacy and usage of tools.
• Maintain regular attendance and participate in trainings and meetings as scheduled.
