Job summary

Mid-Atlantic Finance is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician for our Clearwater, FL corporate headquarters. You will provide timely end-user support, manage desk-side assistance, and help maintain network and systems. Onsite role with a $17.00 per hour starting wage.

We offer weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, employer-paid life insurance, 401k with employer match, PTO accrual, advancement opportunities, and a referral bonus. OT as needed with a rotating Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in workstation support and network setup is preferred.
• IT certifications are encouraged.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network stability and reliability of LAN/WAN hardware and software.
• Respond to end-user requests via phone or ticket system.
• Assist with network configurations, server upgrades, and data migrations.
• Apply OS patches and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Provide feedback and document troubleshooting steps.
