Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to assist facilities staff with personal computing hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications. The role is based on the Dallas Campus with a standard Monday–Friday schedule, onsite.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 4 years related experience required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Driver's license may be required for vehicle area, per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine technical assistance for personal computing hardware and software.
• Support end-user computing experience including peripherals and networked devices.
• Diagnose and repair routine and complex problems; escalate as needed.
• Work onsite at Dallas Campus; participate in Service Desk as needed.
