• Valid Texas Driver's License and MVR check per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine technical assistance to UT Southwestern faculty and staff for computing hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications.
• Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Perform preventative maintenance and lifecycle management of end-user devices.
• Assist after-hours as needed and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
