Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors and responds to failures in power, hardware, network, and facilities.
• Analyzes system events/alerts and diagnoses root causes.
• Utilizes elevated access and sound judgement during remediation processes.
• Responds to system hardware issues with diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, and reimplementation.
• Carries out shipping/receiving duties to maintain inventory control and asset tracking.
• Conducts issue tracking and responds to incidents promptly.
• Multitasks to prioritize and complete incoming events with effective response time.
• Interacts with clients via written communication and phone, providing high-quality customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
