Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the IT team and support enterprise-wide technologies across the US and Canada. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, create knowledge-base documentation, and deliver training to teams.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in‑person needs at Lakeside/Clayton HQs in St. Louis, MO, and opportunities for growth within a major mobility company.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area.
• 2+ years of related IT experience.
• Must have a general understanding of networking fundamentals and client/server computing.
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support with high customer service standards.
• Troubleshoot technology-related problems and determine resolution paths.
• Document incidents in the ITSM system with clear information and troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain tracking of incident resolution for management reporting.
• Educate customers on problem resolutions and provide timely follow-up.
• Install desktop hardware and peripherals; configure printers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
