HDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to empower staff with reliable computing technology and outstanding service. This on-site role supports 24/7 operations with a 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM weekday shift and on-call flexibility for continuity.

You will diagnose hardware/software issues, support enterprise applications, and collaborate with Systems Administrators on IT infrastructure tasks while maintaining asset inventories.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or MIS-related area or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of technical support experience for PCs, networks, and servers.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
• Experience with Windows 7/10/365 and Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
• Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Apply technology to address business needs and constraints.
• Assist staff to achieve efficient use of computing technology.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting on IT issues and support for software applications.
• Participate in enterprise IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide desk side training upon request for enterprise applications.
• Maintain inventory of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware assets.
