Columbia Bank is seeking a first-level IT Help Desk professional in Liberty Lake, WA. You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and OS issues, manage tickets, and support core banking apps and Microsoft products. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and adherence to bank policies.

Onsite work at Liberty Lake will be required. The position offers the opportunity to work within a 24x5 global support team and grow with the IT department while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred in IT or related field.
• Less than 2 years IT-related Service Desk experience required.
• Onsite work at Liberty Lake, WA is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to internal associates for software, applications, hardware, and telecommunications issues.
• Troubleshoot core banking applications, Microsoft applications, hardware errors, and operating systems.
• Collect information, open tickets, perform triage, and resolve or escalate issues.
• Maintain the ITSM tool (ServiceNow) by identifying trends and accurately capturing details to improve IT processes and systems.
• Assist and support associates with core banking applications, standard software, Windows, MS Office, and other related business solutions.
• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance via telephone, voicemail, email, and Self Service site.
• Participate in a 24x5 global support team and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Comply with bank regulations and internal policies.
