Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED in IT or related field preferred.
• Less than 2 years IT Service Desk experience required.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to internal associates for software, applications, hardware, and telecommunications issues.
• Troubleshoot core banking applications, Microsoft applications, hardware errors, and operating systems.
• Collect information, open tickets, perform triage, and resolve or escalate issues.
