Job summary

Legends Global seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver user support across desktops, laptops, printers, networking, mobile devices, and AV equipment at the Hawai‘i Convention Center. You will assist with deployments, asset tracking, and event IT needs, ensuring reliable operations for internal teams and clients.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in IT support, an associate degree in IT, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive IT support, help desk, or network support experience.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, networking, and common apps.
• Experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, wireless networking.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency; Type 45 wpm; 10-key by touch.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL knowledge/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide user technical support and training for IT hardware and software used across Hawaii offices.
• Manage accounts in web-based management tools, help desk, and asset management.
• Assist IT with deployments, projects, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with Event Managers for IT requirements and deployments.
• Configure and install phones and IT equipment per client orders.
• Research new technologies and assess hardware/software needs.
