Job summary

Tech-Nique Partners is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support at the Miami facility. The role emphasizes fieldwork over traditional help desk tasks and involves roughly 80% desktop/onsite support and 20% networking responsibilities.

You will be the primary onsite IT resource, addressing issues, supporting daily operations, and ensuring employees have the equipment needed to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or related role.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling.
• Experience with Active Directory and device deployment.
• Able to work onsite with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and software issues.
• Diagnose hardware failures and connectivity problems.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and equipment provisioning.
• Imaging, installations, upgrades, and hardware replacements.
• Support warehouse tech like barcode scanners and label printers.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, cabling.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
• Prioritize issues and work independently.
• Ensure systems run in fast-paced warehouse.
