Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on desktop support and end-user troubleshooting across our Davie and Miami Gardens locations. You will handle hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues, aid onboarding and offboarding, and help maintain IT equipment and inventory.

This 100% on-site role reports to the IT Manager and supports a fast-paced pharmaceutical fulfillment environment with coverage across two offices.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.
Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of common business applications.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic network connectivity.
Experience setting up user accounts and IT equipment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote-support tools.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide general desktop and end-user technical support to employees across the company.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network/connectivity issues.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up user accounts, computers, and other IT equipment.
Set up, deploy, and track company laptops, headsets, and other IT equipment.
Maintain accurate IT equipment and inventory records across both the Davie and Miami Gardens locations.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained, accounted for, and ready for new hires.
Respond to and resolve support tickets through the company's ticketing system.
Prioritize multiple concurrent requests and elevate issues appropriately when needed.
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recurring issues.
