Job summary
iPower Technologies in South Florida is seeking an Onsite (Level 1) IT Technician to provide hands-on hardware support at client sites across Dade & Broward. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while delivering strong customer service and clear documentation.
The role requires at least 2 years IT experience, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between client locations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years IT experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred.
- Proficiency installing, configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Strong Windows and/or Mac OS knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware according to standards.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with client IT teams for seamless integration of devices.
- Document installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
