Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site technology support at our client location. You will handle basic computer tasks, troubleshoot with a service-oriented mindset, and coordinate with the client IT team as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of professional experience, the ability to multitask, lift up to 40 lbs, and occasional travel. Expect Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year professional level work experience.
• Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods.
• Some travel may be required.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computer in basic terms and assist others with troubleshooting.
• Provide support for technical requests with a can-do attitude.
• Field incoming support requests via phone, email, and service desk queue.
• Coordinate with client IT teams as needed.
• Communicate clearly with client staff and internal teams about deadlines and requests.
• Assist with conference room technology and video conferences.
• Manage hardware inventory and distribution.
