Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience diagnosing Windows, Mac, and mobile OS issues.
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems and processes.
• Microsoft IT certifications preferred.
• Onsite role with standard weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting of IT hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Handle multiple IT support requests across different communication channels.
• Support devices running iOS, MacOS, Android, and Windows OS.
• Update IT ticketing system with interactions and steps taken.
• Image Windows 11 laptops for break/fix scenarios (in-office).
• Respond, resolve, or elevate service requests following procedures and SLA.
• Assist employees with ERP tasks like entering time, expenses, and project details.
• Develop professional relationships with user community and colleagues.
