Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist, Tier 1 to provide front-line technical assistance for a largely onsite workforce in Pensacola, FL. You will diagnose and resolve entry-level to advanced issues, log details in the ticketing system, and support a range of devices across multiple platforms.

The role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting IT hardware/software and documenting steps.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 IT support to employees onsite and remote.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Handle multiple IT requests via different channels with SLA adherence.
• Image Windows 11 laptops and assist with ERP-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with user community and colleagues.
• Escalate complex issues following defined procedures.
