Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking an IT Support Representative to join our Enterprise Site Support Team at the ITS office in York, PA. You will handle tier I and II desktop support, provide user assistance, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site.

Ideal candidates have working knowledge of Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and a customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. On-site role; hybrid/remote not considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktop systems and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with AzureAD/Entra and Windows Server tech helpful.
• Strong troubleshooting and rapid learning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tier I/II desktop support requests and incidents.
• Provide deskside and cloud user support to employees.
• Document steps and resolutions in tickets for future reference.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and follow troubleshooting methodologies.
