GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support for Operations facilities. You will image and deploy laptops, manage printers, and handle basic networking while adhering to SOPs.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and the ability to work independently, with on-call rotations and site shift schedules. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience, familiarity with Windows 11 and Linux, and excellent

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
Experience imaging, configuring, deploying laptops/desktops.
Experience with Windows 11 and Linux environments.
Experience using a ticketing system.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktop systems.
Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments; troubleshoot issues.
Troubleshoot printers and basic networking; respond to faults.
Handle on-site tasks, onboarding, and workstation setup.
Work tickets within SLA; follow Change Management procedures; escalate as needed.
