Kentro is seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point and Operations Monitoring across the United States. The role includes onsite firefighting, remote support, and hands-on system administration tasks for government IT environments.

The position is based at Fargo VA Medical Center (Fargo, ND) with standard 8:00am–4:30pm CST hours and potential surge travel. A physical requirements clause applies, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline; or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration.
• Must meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.

Responsabilités

• Support the Government with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment.
• Deliver remote and desk-side technical support and respond to IT support tickets.
• Assist in the maintenance of user accounts and interface with software applications.
